Applying to study in France often feels like shouting into a void. Not here. You will not be one file among a thousand: we take no more than twenty-five students, we read every application ourselves, and we tell you where you stand quickly — including when the answer is no. That happens too, and you deserve to hear it early rather than in June.
Four conditions, and none of them is a ranking. We are looking for students who will make something of three months in France, not for the highest grade average in Delhi.
Roughly four months from start to finish, and most of that is the visa. Nothing here costs you anything until step four.
The form on the contact page, an email, or WhatsApp — whichever costs you the least effort. Tell us what you study and where. You get back the fee, the dates, and an honest read on whether this programme fits you.
Three working daysWe email you an application form. You return it with your transcript, a copy of your passport and a half-page letter about why you want to come. By email, not through the website — these are your identity documents and they do not belong on a public form.
One week to prepareThirty minutes online, in English, with someone who will actually teach you. It is not a test. We want to know what you are hoping for, and you should use it to ask us everything the website does not say. We propose slots in your own time zone — an evening in India is a manageable afternoon here.
Scheduled at your hour Online booking — coming soonThe document your whole visa file is built on. It comes with the programme calendar, the enrolment agreement, and the accommodation confirmation if you took that option. Read the refund terms in the agreement before you pay anything — that is the line that matters most. The fees page sets out what is included.
Within one week of the interviewYou apply to the French consulate; we supply every document it asks of us and answer it directly if it writes to us. Once your visa is stamped, we send an arrival guide — the route from the airport, the first week's timetable, and a name and number to call the day you land.
Start eight weeks before departureNothing needs to be notarised or sworn-translated at this stage. If a document exists only in Hindi, Tamil or Telugu, send it as it is and tell us — we will say whether a translation is needed.
The photo page. It must stay valid for at least three months after the programme ends.
Your current studies, in English or French. A scan from your university portal is enough.

Passport format. It goes on your student card and your enrolment file.
Ours if you take the housing option — that is what it is for. Otherwise, your own lease or booking.
Covering the whole stay in the Schengen area. The consulate checks this one closely.
We can hand the consulate every document it asks of a school. The decision is its own, and no institution in France can promise you otherwise. Anyone who does is lying to you.
A short-stay Schengen visa for a programme under ninety days. You apply in your own country, at the French consulate or through its appointed centre.
Letter of acceptance, programme calendar, accommodation confirmation, and written proof that your fees are settled. If the consulate wants something else, ask us — we will write it.
Appointment slots in India fill weeks ahead, and they get worse as the June departures approach. Start eight weeks before departure. This is the single most common reason a student misses a cohort.
Visa rules change, and they change without warning. Always check the current requirements on the official French government portal, france-visas.gouv.fr, before you book anything. Nothing on this page replaces it.
Ten students or more from the same university, and the whole process changes shape. One agreement, one contact, one calendar — and your international office keeps oversight of the cohort from departure to return.
No. The programme is taught in English and you need nothing on paper. You will pick up enough French to order coffee, argue about football and find your way home — that comes with living here, not with a test.
Not on a short-stay Schengen visa — it does not allow paid employment. What the programme gives you instead is company visits and project work with real French businesses, which is the part that ends up on your CV anyway.
Tell us the same day. We will issue any additional document the consulate asks for and support an appeal where one is possible. Read the refund terms in your enrolment agreement before you pay — they say exactly what happens to your fees in that case, and you should know it in advance rather than discover it.
It is an option, at additional cost. Taking it does two things at once: it settles where you will live, and it produces the proof of accommodation your visa file needs. Arranging your own is perfectly possible — it just means finding that proof yourself, from 7,000 kilometres away. The fees page gives the figures, and living in Clermont-Ferrand describes the city.
Around fifteen in a classroom, and never more than twenty-five in the whole cohort. It means a teacher knows your name in the first week and notices when you go quiet. That is not a detail of the programme — it is most of it.
If you want to apply to study in France for the 2027 cohort, now. Counting backwards from the first day: eight weeks for the visa, one week for the acceptance letter, a week or two for the interview and your file. Four months is comfortable. Two is tight.
